SuperClips ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data.
SuperClips is operated by Parse Information Services and Consulting, a company registered in the Philippines. This policy is intended to comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
Account data: When you register, we collect your email address. We do not collect your name, phone number, or home address unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support.
Usage data: We log API calls made during video generation, including timestamps, model names, generation parameters, and success/failure status. This data is used for debugging, cost monitoring, and service improvement.
Generated content metadata: We store references to the images, voiceovers, and video clips you generate, along with the scripts and settings used. The actual files are stored in secure cloud storage.
Character images: If you upload a character reference image, it is stored in our database and sent to third-party AI image generation services solely to incorporate the character into your videos.
Subscription data: We store your subscription tier, billing cycle, minute balance, and transaction history. We do NOT store payment card numbers, bank details, or other financial data — this is handled entirely by Paddle.
Session data: We use browser localStorage and session tokens to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes.
We use the data we collect to:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
We share your data with the following third-party processors solely to deliver the Service. Each processor has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data:
We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Your account data, subscription records, and character images are stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure. Data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as Paddle's transaction records).
Generated media retention: SuperClips does not permanently store generated video files or scene images. Completed videos are available for download for 24 hours after rendering, after which the download link expires permanently. Scene images are served from third-party provider CDNs with similar retention windows. Voiceover audio files are retained for the lifetime of the associated video project. Uploaded character images and background music tracks are stored permanently.
Metadata retention: Video project metadata (titles, scripts, settings, scene configurations) is retained for as long as your account is active, even after media files expire. This allows you to view project history and re-render if desired.
API logs (usage data) may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging and billing verification purposes, after which they are purged.
SuperClips uses browser localStorage to store your session token, UI preferences (such as your last active tab and style view mode), and draft wizard state. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to third parties.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
