Terms of Service

By accessing or using SuperClips (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SuperClips.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

SuperClips is an AI-powered faceless video generation platform that converts written scripts into short-form video content. The Service includes AI image generation, AI voice synthesis, video composition, subtitle generation, and background music features.

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis measured in minutes. Each subscription tier includes a monthly minute allowance, which resets at the start of each billing period. Unused minutes may roll over in limited quantities according to your plan. One-time add-on minute packages are also available and do not expire.

Merchant of Record: All payment processing for SuperClips is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription or add-on package, your financial transaction is with Paddle, not directly with SuperClips. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy govern the payment transaction itself.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each annual period.

You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your Account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if they have not generated any videos. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed in Section 14.

No refunds are issued for:

• Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
• Minutes that have been partially or fully consumed
• Add-on minute packages once any minutes have been used
• Unused time remaining in a cancelled subscription period

Refund requests are processed through Paddle as the Merchant of Record and are subject to Paddle's refund procedures.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or violates any applicable law
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights
• Create content that impersonates any person, entity, or brand in a deceptive or misleading manner
• Generate content depicting child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or disrupt any aspect of the Service, its infrastructure, or AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service in ways not expressly permitted
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service itself (as distinct from the videos you create)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use provisions, without refund.

Your content: You retain ownership of any video content you generate using the Service, subject to the licenses granted to third-party AI providers (see Section 7). You are solely responsible for ensuring your scripts, character images, and other inputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Our platform: SuperClips retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including its software, design, AI pipelines, and brand. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use the SuperClips name, logo, or brand materials.

Feedback: If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unlimited, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

The Service relies on third-party AI providers to generate images, voice narration, and video clips. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your script content and uploaded character images are processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Current providers include ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Runware (image and video generation), Google Gemini (script analysis), and CloudConvert (video composition).

We make no representations or warranties about the output quality of any AI model, and outputs may vary. AI-generated content is provided "as is."

Generating a video consumes minutes from your account balance based on the number of scenes in your script. The estimated credit cost is shown before you confirm generation. Actual consumption may vary slightly due to the dynamic nature of script analysis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Generation failures due to third-party AI service outages will not result in minute deductions. However, we cannot guarantee refunds for failures caused by factors outside our direct control.

Video downloads: Completed videos are available for download for 24 hours after rendering is finished. After this period, the download link expires permanently and the video file can no longer be retrieved. You are responsible for downloading your videos within this window.

Scene images: Generated scene images are served from third-party provider CDNs and are available for approximately 24 hours. Expired images can be regenerated at no additional credit cost from within the video editor.

No long-term file storage: SuperClips does not provide permanent file hosting. We do not store video files, scene images, or video clips on our servers beyond the retention periods described above. Our service is a generation tool, not a storage platform.

Voiceover audio: Generated voiceover audio files are retained for as long as the associated video project exists in your account.

Characters and music: Uploaded character reference images and saved background music tracks are stored permanently and are not subject to the 24-hour retention window.

We strongly recommend downloading your completed videos immediately after rendering. The 24-hour retention period is prominently displayed in the application. We are not responsible for content that is not downloaded within the stated window.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 14. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All stored videos, characters, and settings will be removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse of the Service, or any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUPERCLIPS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SUPERCLIPS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
